Tripti Food started from a shelf full of products that were not what they claimed to be.
The problem
Everything on the shelf was sweetened
Dates glazed in glucose syrup. Honey cut with sugar water. Nuts fried in palm oil and sold as raw. The labels never said so.
The decision
Buy from the source, or not at all
We started visiting the farms and the hives ourselves — Madinah for Ajwa, the Sundarban for honey, northern Bangladesh for black seed.

If a pack of almonds says almonds and nothing else, there is nothing else in it. That is the whole standard, and it has not moved.

Direct sourcing
We buy at origin from growers and beekeepers we can name, not from repackers.
Nothing added
No syrups, no oils, no preservatives, no colouring. Ever.
Small batches
We pack what will sell within weeks, so nothing sits in a warehouse losing its oils.
Honest grading
W320 means W320. Jumbo means jumbo. If a lot does not grade, we do not sell it.
