By placing an order with Tripti Food you agree to the following.
Orders. An order is a request until we confirm it by phone. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our range, or if we cannot verify the contact details.
Prices. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed.
Product images. Photographs are of the actual product. Natural food varies in colour and size between harvests; that variation is not a defect.
Payment. Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad or card. For mobile payments the order ships once the transaction is verified.
Cancellation. You may cancel any order that has not yet shipped, from your account or by calling us.
Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
