We collect what we need to deliver your order, and nothing else.
What we collect. Your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email. If you create an account, we also store a hashed version of your password — never the password itself.
What we do with it. Fulfil and deliver your orders, contact you about them, and — only if you subscribe — send occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Who else sees it. The courier receives your name, address and phone number, because they have to. We do not sell, rent or trade your details with anyone else.
Payments. Cash-on-delivery orders never involve card details. For mobile payments we store only the transaction ID you enter, not your wallet credentials.
Your choices. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except where we are required to keep order records.
Cookies. We use them to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your basket. Nothing more.
